GD Portfolio

Project Description

Create a portfolio website, slide show, or document that shows your skills. Feel free to add to an existing portfolio if you already have one. Game Design 2+ students need to create a portfolio for your final exam. You portfolio should include the following information.

  1. Work that demonstrates your skills from this class.
    1. You can include one large game with multiple facets to it or multiple smaller games that show off different skilss.
    2. Highlight at least 4 different skills.
    3. Upload still images, screenshots, or video from your games so that people can see what you have done. See below for details on uploading your game builds
  2. Explanations describing the skills demonstrated in each game. Make sure grammar and spelling are correct.
  3. Links to your game builds.
    1. People should be able to play your games. Upload and link your game builds to your portfolio.
    2. Directly through your portfolio.
      1. Build your games in Unity using both the Mac and Windows builds.
      2. Upload the build files directly to your  portfolio.
      3. Add links to your build downloads.
    3. Itch.io or other gaming site.
        1. An alternative to posting your games directly to your portfolio is to post them to Itch.io, a gaming site.
        2.  You can add a link to your Itch games or just use Itch.org as your portfolio.
        3. Unfortunately, Itch is blocked at school and on your Chromebooks. so testing of it will need to be done from home.

Below are some examples of student portfolios, as long as the links still work.
