- Supercomputing Challenge: The Supercomputing Challenge is a program encompassing the school year in which teams of students complete science projects using high-performance supercomputers. Each team of up to five students and a sponsoring teacher defines and works on a single computational project of its own choosing. Throughout the program, help and support are given to the teams by their project advisers and the Supercomputing Challenge organizers and sponsors.
- Congressional App Challenge: We are Members of the U.S. House of Representatives hosting district-wide Congressional App Challenges for middle school and high school students, encouraging them to learn to code and inspiring them to pursue careers in computer science.
- Inspirit AI: Inspirit AI is a 25-hour summer program that introduces students in grades 6 to 12 to fundamental AI and computing tools to create impactful projects such as AI-powered mental health assistants, intelligent disaster-monitoring systems, etc. Students join live online cohorts mentored by Ivy League graduates and build AI-powered projects tackling challenging problems across STEM and humanities. Applications for summer are due March 15th.
- The Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp: An opportunity to learn more about AI, The Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp Program is excited to announce that they will be hosting a Spring Break AI Bootcamp with the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History in Albuquerque in March. This is a fantastic opportunity for high school students to explore the world of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning during their break, gaining hands-on experience from industry experts while having fun. - Codeinator: Codeminator is an international, online coding competition for children in grade 1 to 12. Designed to challenge and inspire young minds, Codeminator offers a platform where students can develop their problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and computational thinking in a competitive, structured environment.
- International Python Olympiad. The International Python Olympiad (IPO) is a prestigious global coding competition created to nurture the next generation of young programmers, innovators, and changemakers. Open to students aged 8 to 18, IPO is designed to introduce children to the world of Python programming — one of the most powerful, versatile, and beginner-friendly programming languages in the world. At IPO, we believe that coding is not just a technical skill — it is a creative tool to express ideas, solve real-world problems, and shape the future. Through this platform, students from around the world come together to develop original projects, showcase their talent, and use code to create impact.
