Allan Didier

Group Project

Students will work collaboratively to create a program of their choosing.

  • Group programming

Program Details

You are to partner up with 1-3 other students in class. As a group, you will write a complex program which incorporates pieces from each individual. The group program needs to be approved by Mr. Didier. The more students in a group, the more complex the program should be. Possible ideas include:

  • Checkers
  • Chess (difficult)
  • Connect 4
  • Text based adventure
  • Minesweeper
  • Tetris
  • Battleship full game: 2 player, 5 ships
  • Mancala
  • Mastermind
  • Solitaire

Graphics are not needed, but can be included if difficulty is needed with more people in a group. Adding Artificial Intelligence can be added to any of the games to increase difficulty as well (i.e. get the computer to play the game).
